Hello, my name is Rose Wiggins. I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, and have resided in Stockton, California since 1989. I have been married 27 years to Dr. Dexter Wiggins, and have one daughter. I'm a retired UPS driver of 30 years. I love dancing, skating, bowling and serving the community.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I'm so grateful to be a part of PlanNet. It has changed my life and shown me that I can become what I envision and has also allowed me to help others see the value in this life-changing experience.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I continue to put God first in all that I do and He continues to guide me.

I encourage anyone who wants a change in life to be consistent, focused and have a made-up mind.
6. What does your life look like five years from now?
