The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Shalana and Rashona Miller

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
We were born and raised in California. We currently reside in Georgia and both have families, including two children each. We love to fish, bowl and dance.

2.​ How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
We have remained focused on the big picture by broadening our knowledge of what network marking is. Taking on challenges head on has helped us to be resilent.

3​. What drives you​;​ what motivates you?
We have always been disciplined in whatever we do. Our family is what motivates us.

4. Who would you consider​ a​ role model and why?
Our mother is our role model because no matter what went on around her, she remained focused and followed through on whatever she set out to do until the end. She sacrificed to make sure we had what we needed and has shaped us to be strong women.

5. The three words that describe me​ best​ are​:  
Resilent, determined, and action takers.

6​.​ If you had​ some sound advice to give​ to anyone​ what would​‌ ​it be? 
The road to success is never easy. Take the twists and turns by adjusting along the way. When you come out of it, you will be more grateful and appreciative for what you have accomplished and the lessons learned.

7.  What does your life look like five years from now?
We will be living on a family compound, traveling and enjoying a simple, quiet life.
