1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and that city shaped my grit, my work ethic, and my heart for community. I’m currently based in Cleveland, with time spent in Jacksonville, Florida as I continue expanding and building in new spaces.
Outside of business, I’m a big “love on my people” kind of girl, quality time with family and friends, trying new food spots, catching sunsets, and planning my next trip. I also love personal development and anything that keeps me growing mentally and spiritually. And yes, I’m a proud toy poodle mom.
Before PlanNet, I lived the typical 9-5 life and I know what it feels like to want more without knowing where to start. In business, I’m proud of the community I’ve built and the leaders I’ve helped develop, plus the clients and travelers I’ve served along the way. My biggest highlight will always be watching other people win because that’s what legacy looks like to me.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet has stretched me in the best way. I’ve grown into a more consistent leader, a stronger communicator, and a more disciplined version of myself. I’ve learned how to coach others through fear, doubt, and hesitation because I’ve had to do it myself first.
I’ve also become more confident in owning my voice and my standards. I don’t just “show up” anymore, I show up with intention. PlanNet helped me evolve from having big dreams to building real systems, real structure, and real leadership habits that create momentum.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m driven by impact and legacy. I’m motivated by the idea that someone can look at my story and finally believe that they can create a different life. I love watching people go from “I’m nervous” to “I did it.”
I’m also motivated by freedom of choice! Being able to decide how I spend my time, where I work from, and how I show up for the people I love. And if I’m being real? I’m fueled by proving to myself that I can do hard things and still stay true to who I am.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Michelle Obama is a role model for me. She’s faced adversity and constant public pressure, yet she continues to show up with grace, intelligence, and strength. She’s a reminder that you can be powerful without being loud, and you can lead without losing yourself. Her ability to keep showing up in spaces that weren’t always designed to welcome her is truly admirable and it inspires me to do the same.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Bold, strategic, and resilient.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t live in fear. Some of the best things in life are on the other side of fear — my favorite actor Will Smith said that and it has always stuck with me.
Fear will try to talk you out of new opportunities before you even give yourself a chance. But your next level is going to require a bolder version of you! The one who moves even when it’s uncomfortable, the one who decides and commits, the one who stops waiting to “feel ready.”
Start before you’re perfect. Keep showing up. Bet on yourself. You’re more capable than you’ve been giving yourself credit for.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my life is bigger, calmer, and more aligned. I see myself leading a thriving community of leaders, traveling consistently, hosting powerful experiences in multiple cities, and building something that outlasts me.
I’m living with more intention—more time with family, more health, more peace, and more purpose. I’m also fully operating in my CEO era: Systems running smoothly, leadership strong, and my impact expanding beyond what I can currently imagine. And most importantly, I’m still me—still grounded, still authentic, still building legacy.
