The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Tina Arobone

1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights.
Born and raised in Norristown, PA.  I am a wife and mother of two. I love reading, spending time with my family and Scouts, both Scouts BSA and Girl Scouts.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My ability to be a leader. I was scared at first to say the wrong things and upset someone. Over time, with help and support from my leaders, I have been learning how to be a great leader.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children are what drive and motivate me. My son has dyslexia and needs a special school that's $45,000 a year. I can't afford this school without this business. Also, knowing that when I am gone I am leaving them a legacy.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is my parents.  Growing up they both worked a lot and took care of five kids.  My older sister is mentally and physically disabled and needs a lot of extra care. Her medical bills were crazy high. But that didn't stop my parents from making sure we all had what we needed and we never truly knew how poor we were. I was raised to also give 110%.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Honest, fair, and motivated.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Even if you think you won't reach your goal, don't stop. Never give up, keep fighting. Reach out to your upline. Tune into the weekly Zooms and in-person events.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will have fired my boss, working this business full time. My daughter will be in college without any loans and my son will be finishing up high school and looking into colleges. We will take one trip per month. I will be helping 20-30+ families a month start their own travel businesses. I will be a Five-Star Director.
