Top 14 Things to Know for Convention

  1. Registration - We will be open for registration starting at 4:00 pm on Wednesday and we will be there until 8:00 pm. We would love to get as many people checked in on Wednesday as possible, so everyone is set to go to classes Thursday morning. The first 2,500 people who registered during Early Bird registration will receive Early Access badges.


  2. Remember to bring your printed confirmation AND your ID to Registration Central to ensure a Fast Check-In. *Please note your ID must match your registration. We do not accept transfers. 

    Directors must have IDs at the Director registration to check in and to receive tickets for the Director Party and Lounge as well.


  3. Wear your name badge at all times.


  4. PlanNet University Classes. Look Sharp. Learn Big. Dress business casual or business professional for PlanNet University classes.


  5. Check out the PlanNet Store early for the best selection! Our Store will be cashless – all transactions will need to be made with a credit or debit card. Store hours will be Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, and Saturday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (closed during General Sessions). The store is located in the Grand Ballroom 7A.


  6. Friday Night Pep Rally
    Doors open at 4:30 pm - Cypress Ballroom
    Pep Rally from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.


  7. General Sessions on Saturday - 9:00 am- 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the Cypress Ballroom. Doors open at 8:00 am.


  8. Save or print the Schedule-At-a-Glance.  


  9. Save or print the PlanNet University course schedules for Thursday and Friday.


  10. Black Business Cards - We will be collecting your black business cards to enter your name into prize drawings to be held during Convention!


  11. Parking - The Orlando World Center Marriott charges a parking fee. They do not validate parking for event attendees and neither does PlanNet Marketing. If you plan to have a vehicle while in Orlando and you need to park at the host hotel, there will be a charge incurred. 


  12. Cell Phones - Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone during PlanNet University classes and General Sessions. Make sure your phone is on “silent mode” or turned off.


  13. Photography/Videography - PlanNet Marketing has hired photographers and a videographer to capture the spirit and atmosphere of the event. Please do not bring your own photography or videography crew to the Convention in Orlando. Reps are permitted to take pictures at any event while in attendance and Reps can capture videos on their personal devices during General Sessions. We ask that NO ONE records any videos of PlanNet University classes or content. Please be respectful of all attendees and our corporate team by protecting our proprietary information at this event.


  14. Online Check-in at the Orlando World Center Marriott – Take advantage of Marriott's Online Room Reservation Check-in and skip the lines! Check into your room online!
