PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Rhian Chandhar to the 20/20 Club! Rhian is from Milton Keynes, England. She tells us, "I’m a fitness enthusiast, having met my husband almost 14 years ago at the gym when he was my personal trainer! We both still love training together today. We have two little girls and life is wonderfully busy. Between family, friends, church and our many hobbies, we rarely sit still but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Alongside building my business, I also work full-time in Learning and Development within the corporate world, a role I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to help people grow and reach their potential.
"My faith is at the heart of everything I do. It keeps me grounded, reminds me to serve others with authenticity and encourages me to lead with integrity, whether that's in my career, my business, or at home with my family. This year, I find myself 10 years free of breast cancer, (we give Him all the glory) as a testimony it’s powerful and I'm blessed every day I wake up, healthy to be able to do what I love.
"As a family, we love to travel and experience the richness of different cultures. Travel has broadened our perspective, created unforgettable memories and reinforced our desire to build a life with more freedom and experiences together. Some of my favourite adventures have been skiing in Whistler, trekking through Taman Negara in Malaysia before we had children and more recently, making special family memories in Barbados.
"I’m fortunate to find myself as part of The Travelhood and the support is amazing! One of the biggest reasons I've found success with my own business has been focusing on people and community. Hosting local coffee mornings, Travel X Training gym sessions and simply spending quality time with others has helped me build genuine relationships. I've also found that staying true to who I am and using the coaching and mentoring skills I've developed over the years has allowed me to support others in a way that feels natural. My advice would be to be consistent, be authentic and always put people before the business; success naturally follows.
"A fun fact about me is that I started my career as an intern at Alexander McQueen. It was an incredible experience that taught me the importance of hard work, professionalism and building meaningful relationships. One lesson I've carried with me ever since is that people are simply people, regardless of their title or perceived level of success."
